Looks like Frontier will be doing the ground handling for Cape Air. This information comes from the latest IAA agenda for the Nov 2 meeting.

that surprises me i figured they would get someone like NWA to do and try and get a codeshare agreement somehow

I can confirm that as well. I emailed Cape Air and received a response that when i check in for the inaugural flight, to check in at the Frontier counter.

So will there be some kind of sign at the Frontier counter since Cape Air isn't getting its own?
