Over the last two years the airport has shown no real direction or progress. I cannot continue to pledge my support to an operation with so little drive. I have watched our airport get beaten by an inferior airport with a smaller market and our own airport has done little or nothing to respond. It is time for the officials in charge to take a long hard look in the mirror and ask themselves whether or not they are doing the best job possible. What good is a brand new terminal if you have countless empty gates and a bunch of regional jets flying only to hubs? It is time to rethink incentive programs and lease rates. It is better to charge less and have your gates full than to leave your rates high and have your space wasted. I am certain your retailers would appreciate it.
