Did Midwest Express offer service from Indy to La Guardia nonstop at one point and time or no?

Not a clue. I don't think they ever offered much here. But I could be wrong.

I think they did. IIRC, they at one time had service to three cities from here. MKE, LGA, and maybe BOS? You might ask on FT or A.net.

des moines i think was the other it was from des moines indy then to lga stopped after 9/11

Sure about that? I don't recall there ever being n/s service to DSM since I've lived here. MCI maybe, but not DSM.

i think they had a Des Moines - Indianapolis - La Guardia service, if i am not mistaken.

I am pretty sure of the BOS and LGA service but that did not last long as i recall.

no..i believe it was the 717...i just recall thinking to myself that it was kind of odd seeing Midwest (Midwest Express at the time) had flights to LGA and BOS. I think AirTran should start those flights...as well as one or two to BWI
