It looks like NW has successfully flown the 757-200 from DTW-FRA. At least we now know it has the legs to do IND-AMS since there is a 10 mile difference in the routes. Will the DTW-FRA/DUS routes be seasonal on the 757?

Exclamation

The first aircraft that will be making the trip (either DTW-FRA or BDL-AMS) was sitting outside of the AAR complex last night - all done and ready to go I would bet!

AAR's ramp is pretty crowded at night (I was flying in and saw a number of Republic EMB, a FX 727, the above mentioned NW 757-200OW and a NW 757-300 that has been there for more than a week).

How's the mileage from IND-CUN on a 319 work out? I was at the airport for 2.5 hours on Saturday, and every airplane landed on 23L except for the Frontier 319 from CUN. It landed on 32 and I didn't know if this was to save extra fuel or to save time since the plane exits the runway at the International Arrivals Building.

Why do my favorite airlines end up going defunct??

I believe NW runs an A320 on that route.
