I sent a request off to NW Charter Services asking for information on their international charter services and rates. I am curious as to what I find out from them. I am looking to see if it is possible to organize local businesses and travel agents and schedule relatively regular charter service. Basically do what Ambassadair did. Or something along those lines anyway.
