According to an article in the Florida Times-Union, NW will begin laying off airport workers and replacing them with employees from various vendors. Those vendors include Pinnacle and other regional airlines, but also 3rd-party airport services firms.

I think we can expect customer service to decline at NW yet again.

Can I get a peanut crumb with that thimble of Coke?

It started more than a month ago.

Hate to say it, but a lot of the cities being outsourced can only help the service provided. SDF is an example!

IND is not on the list.

KLM has very few of their own employees outside of AMS. AA has outsourced the majority of their station in the cities NW is outsourcing a loooong time ago. Comair and Delta Global (a ground handling company) runs a majority of Delta's smaller cities. So, I ask you.....what is the difference?
