Ummmm....how about they get mad at the company that shipped turkey chicks to California during a 95+ degree heat wave? Or why not just get mad at mother nature for making it hot? Or how about they send them FedEx instead? (when it absolutely, positively has to be there overnight...)

Exactly. Blame the company that tried to ship them. Thats like shipping dishes and providing no protection like excessive packing peanuts and then complaining to the delivery company that dishes broke.
