This route ends the same day IND-FLL ends. They started the same time and they ended the same time. Makes me wonder if these routes were seasonal. They were added in mid November if I remember correctly which was in time for the busy Thanksgiving travel period. They would have been in operation for Christmas and all of spring break. Maybe they come back again next fall. Does anyone know anything about this?

I'd bet it is seasonal. There is too much demand for Indianapolis to Sarasota traffic, especially in the winter time. I am amazed that ATA kept it around for the summer, but perhaps they made a go of it. Amazing.

Maybe with the two "slot" openings we'll see some service added to Baltimore.

I put an email in to Tad Hutcheson at AirTran. Hopefully he can clear this up. I'd like to keep the info on here as current and accurate as possible.

The reservation system now goes back far enough that I can veryify that SRQ nonstop service does return on November 15th. It is indeed seasonal.
