I don't know if Feb 23rd is a day of significance for air travel but good luck getting a ticket on AirTran out of IND. One week out and most coach tickets have been sold on all AirTran flights. Tampa was recently upgraded to 2x daily. With the exception of business class seats they are completely sold out on the 23rd. ATL is nearly all sold out as well. This makes getting connecting flights anywhere on AirTran that day very difficult. So if you are planning on flying them this spring break I'd recommend getting your tickets right away. I have a feeling this will be a very busy spring travel season.
