In case anyone gets the idea of trying to get them to service IND please say no. It is my opinion that they represent everything that is wrong with air travel. I have no interest in ever doing business with the likes of Ryanair and the former Skybus. If I wanted bus service I'd take the bus. Companies should strive to provide the best service possible. Not strive to provide the least service possible. That kind of business model is bad on a 1 hour flight. Can you imagine it on an 8 hour flight?

How much do I dislike their concept? If they flew IND-DUS I'd pass on them and fly someone else even if it meant a double connection. DUS of course basically being in the back yard of where I'd be going.

Keep them away. Let them destroy the industry somewhere else.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. They serve a niche and you'll always have plenty of choices to fly other airlines. They're definitely not for everyone.

Can I get a peanut crumb with that thimble of Coke?
