The inventory system for the long term parking lots operated by the airport has been down since march... Meaning, "lose" your ticket and tell them when you got there and they will calculate the amount from the date you tell them.

I had to repo a car that the guy had hid in the economy lot at the airport. We spoke to the Auditor and thats how I found out about it. She said to just tell the gate attendant the parking ticket was missing and the approximate date it was parked there.

Now since my expenses are re-imbursed by the bank, I had no reason to lie. My bill came to $273.

Out of curiosity how did you find the car had been hidden there?

The neighbor told me that the guy was bragging about how smart he was in hiding it there... only thing he didn't count on was that the neighbor didn't like him and was quick to tell me what he knew. You would be surprised how nosey your neighbors are and what they are willing to tell any body that asks them.
