No offense to Ritters but having a Coldstone Creamery is a huge step up in quality of product. Since I've had Coldstone I would never go back to Ritters. I haven't been to any of the other places but I'd love to try Wolfgang Puck's place.

The most impressive thing to me is the number of locally based eateries. 96th St. Steakburgers, Patachou, Di-Vine, Just Pop In, King David Dogs, and SBN Choc Co. All local places. Not only does that support the local restaurants and entrepreneurs (a quiet cause of mine), but it also introduces out-of-town visitors to some of the local businesses as well. I'd love to see ChaCha have a small outlet or kiosk as well, along with the Indy500 store like in the current terminal and of course the required "Back Home in Indiana" store.

Can I get a peanut crumb with that thimble of Coke?

Yeah. I give the airport authority serious credit for working out these leases. Those are moves they should honestly be proud of. I know I am.
