I will say pic 4 in the gallery looks a bit cluttered. There is just too much signage.

Dude. I'm sitting in the MUC airport right now. It's very German - cold and efficient. Even with too many signs, I will take the new IND terminal over this any day.
Can I get a peanut crumb with that thimble of Coke?bradyusi

i have a feeling that the signs hanging in the concourse (picture 4, indy star) will have led displays in the center sections.. maybe displaying flights at each gate.. there is just too much blank space in those signs for them not to have something in that section.

Or they have airline names on them and they are currently covered up.

oh yeah, you're probably right. hopefully they aren't filled with ad's. has anyone heard what type of ad displays the new airport will have. if i remember correctly, they have a deal with clear channels airport division. and, i know in o'hare (or maybe mia or lax) they have gigantic video displays hanging from the concourse ceilings. not so classy.
