I found some really cool information online about 1985 IND. IND had wide body service to DTW (Pan Am) and STL (TWA). Service was provided on the L1011 in both cases.

There was competition on routes that today we don't even have service to.

DL and US both served CMH. US and an airline called Britt served EVV. DL, US and UA served SDF. DL and EA served BNA.

Here is a list of destinations served by DL.

ATL, CVG, CLE, CMH, DTW, FWA, SDF, MEM, BNA.
