Does anyone know where Eastern used to fly to from IND? I remember flying DCA-SDF in 1988. Given that Eastern was one of the airlines that was folded into USAir, and that USAir had a big presence here, I was curious if Eastern offered a lot of service here. It was before I became a Hoosier...

It has been a LONG time ago but I believe I flew then NS from IND to MLB.

Eastern was not folded into USAir...Eastern simply "died" while parts of it were picked off.

Atlanta was Eastern's big hub.
they flew out of terminal A...the Eastern logo was sun bleached into one of the doors on the concourse!
