This is going to sound nuts but i realized that 20 years ago today i took a trip from PHL-MLI via STL on TWA. The flight left PHL at 6:30 am on an L1011 and i changed planes to MLI. ANyone else able to remember flight times, etc. like that? *loL*

Damn. An L1011 to go PHL-STL? Those were the days. I'm guessing that's probably an E145 these days with the occasional 737 or MD-88 at the beginning and end of the day. And they probably served a nice meal and showed a movie back then, huh?

I am not sure if they showed a movie on the PHL-STL part, but i know that on the way back they showed Tough Guys (Kirk Douglas and Burt Lancaster) on the STL-PHL part. And the meal was a nice warm meal but cannot remember what it was. I do know the meal out there was that sick eggs with cheese in the middle. I wonder if the PHL-STL and vice versa legs were part of an international leg. But i remember the L1011 being parked on the B concourse at PHL.
