I don't know if anyone has noticed, but NW is adding three international routes. There's been a lot of speculation on a.net and elsewhere about what new international routes that NW would add since the CEO mentioned that they would be announcing some soon. IND-AMS was a popular choice, but at least so far it's not to be. They've annouced the following:

Portland-Amsterdam
Dallas-Amsterdam (flown by KLM)
Minneapolis-Paris

All flown on the A330 (which, by the way, NW's A330s internationally are pretty nice, even in the cheap seats). I guess technically, since DFW-AMS is flown by KLM, there is really only two new NW international routes announced. There should be a few more international route annoucements coming soon.

I still think there won't be any international service at IND until the new terminal, and thus new international arrivals facility in the terminal, are open.

Can I get a peanut crumb with that thimble of Coke?

The 757 routes haven't been announced yet. Still waiting on that.
