Hi all, good to see the site back up...I've been lurking for a week or so to see if there's any activity. I want to post a question and see if anyone has any info. It has been published that Cargolux will take delivery of their first 747-8 in mid-september, and put her into service straight from the factory on the LUX-HKG-LUX route. They take delivery of their second ship two days later. Since Cargolux visits IND from time to time, what are the chances of us seeing one of these birds on scheduled service here? I know there has been at least one test flight into IND, but I was not able to see her then. Any info is appreciated!

I have no idea but it would be great to see. I had no idea the 747-8 was coming and I missed it. BTW we need to hang out one day and take some pics. Maybe we can get some shots from the cell phone lot.

Has cargolux ever thought of doing 7 flights a week to IND.
